how do you free up a siezed up engine on a mercruiser engine?

You could try squirting a bunch of liquid wd40, it comes in gallons, into the sparkplug holes and letting it soak. leave the plugs out until you get it to move, I would put a big wrench on the crank pully bolt and try to get it to move, don't burn
